These guidelines apply to every public community space on Protaag — chat rooms, comments, friend/DM interactions, and anywhere else users interact with each other. They exist alongside, not in place of, our Terms of Service.
Treat all community members with dignity. Harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse of any kind are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
The same content rules that apply platform-wide also apply inside chat rooms, comments, and DMs. Do not post, share, or send content that depicts minors in a sexual or exploitative context (regardless of fictional framing), bestiality or incest, content that glorifies or promotes self-harm or suicide, or non-consensual sexual acts presented as titillating. See Terms of Service Section 8 for the full list.
Discussions about story content are welcome, but always use a clear spoiler warning before sharing plot details. Allow other users to experience stories on their own terms.
Community spaces are for discussing stories, characters, and the Protaag experience. Off-topic spam, promotional content, or unrelated links will be removed.
Do not impersonate Protaag staff, story creators, or other community members. Accounts found to be doing so will be permanently banned.
Do not post or share content in chat rooms, comments, or DMs that infringes someone else's copyright or other intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted without permission, see the DMCA process in our Terms of Service Section 7.
Never share personal information — yours or anyone else's — in public community spaces. This includes real names, addresses, phone numbers, or financial details.
If you see a violation, use the in-app report tool. Do not engage in public call-outs or counter-attacks — our moderation team reviews all reports as promptly as possible.
Protaag is an 18+ platform — every account must meet this requirement at signup (see our Terms of Service Section 1). Do not attempt to circumvent age verification, and never share your account or age-gated content with anyone under 18.
Minor violations may result in a warning. Repeated or severe violations result in temporary or permanent bans. Creating a new account to evade a ban or suspension is itself a violation and will result in further enforcement (see our Terms of Service Section 3). All decisions by the moderation team are final.
